MIAMI – Miami Heat forward Derrick Jones Jr. has tested positive for COVID-19, Local 10 Sports has confirmed with a source.

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. – Authorities are working to rescue a pilot whose helicopter crashed into a heavily wooded area in Coconut Creek, police confirmed.
The crash was reported early Thursday afternoon in the 3600 block of West Sample Road.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Two people were hospitalized after a drive-by shooting in Fort Lauderdale Wednesday night.
According to Fort Lauderdale police, officers responded to a home along Northwest 20th street and 26th Avenue shortly after 8 p.m. in reference to a shooting.
