Family practice concentrates on contested divorces, emphasizing the issues of division of marital property, including assets and liabilities, alimony and child support. In that child support is always susceptible to modification, a portion of our family practice revisits child support issues. We also participate in temporary and permanent restraining order hearings.
Concentrating in serious, non-traffic offenses in state and federal court, including non-capital felonies, such as attempted murder, aggravated assault and battery, burglary, hit and run, sexual assaults, all drug violations, domestic violence, possession of a firearm and resisting arrest, among others.
We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving negligent maintenance and security (shopping malls, office buildings, public entertainment venues, as well as private property), wrongful death, nursing home abuse and products liability, where the claimant has suffered serious injuries. [When representing plaintiffs, we collect our fees and costs only if we recover damages through settlement or verdict.
