Hired Mr Ferris after the absent father of my child reappeared and wanted timesharing. Mr Ferris was always very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me about family law cases and was realistic about the complexities of my situation. We ended up with child support and everything we wanted out of a time sharing plan. Forever grateful to Mr Ferris and all the hours of work he put into my case. Highly recommend!

I came to Scott with a 2-1/2 year old divorce case I was about to lose. My previous lawyer did almost nothing, and what he did accomplish; hurt me. Almost nothing in the previous 2 years but stories, excuses, and wasted money. When I hired Scott, he went to work immediately. In 3 months he got the discovery, 2 case management hearings, the depositions done, a mediation, motions heard and was ready for trial. I had a favorable outcome.
