2 elderly people struck by bus in Miami

MIAMI – Miami police are investigating after 2 elderly pedestrians were struck by a bus Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred around 7:15 a.m. on Northwest 20th Street.

Eastbound and westbound lanes were closed between Northwest 19th Avenue and 22nd Avenue after the incident.

Police said both victims were taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

No other details were immediately released.
