MIAMI – Bradley Jason Kantor, who owned and operated Mobile Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. (MDI) in Davie, was sentenced in Miami Wednesday to 10 years in federal prison for submitting about $42 million in fraudulent health care claims to United Healthcare.
Kantor, 49, of Key Largo, previously pled guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud and wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

66-year-old suspect denies stabbing anyone with a steak knife
PALM BAY, Fla. – A Palm Bay woman was arrested Sunday, accused of stabbing two people and pushing an elderly woman in a feud over leaf blowing, police said.
Kyong Moulton, 66, is accused of stabbing two people who live across the street from her.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 36-year-old man was arrested Monday on accusations that he stole numerous packages from outside at least six homes in west Miami-Dade County.
The thefts occurred between Jan. 14 and Feb. 7. All of the homes that were targeted were in the zip code 33174, near Florida International University’s main campus.

Shooting appeared to be accidental, witness and victim tell police
HOMESTEAD, Fla. – An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Homestead that left a 14-year-old boy critically injured.
