NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A fire erupted Monday morning at the Crestview Towers condominium building in North Miami Beach, which was recently deemed to be an unsafe structure.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Christopher True told Local 10 News that the fire was reported at 4:21 a.m. at the building at 2025 NE 164th St., and crews arrived to find smoke and flames coming from a second-floor unit.
