MIAMI - A Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas ended tragically for Casey Holladay in February, so now his attorney has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Miami.
Holladay, 26, was in a bungee trampoline, 20 feet up in the air, when his harness got disconnected. He fell to the 13th deck of the Mariner of the Seas.

INDIANAPOLIS: A measure advancing in the Indiana Senate would compensate residents found to have been wrongfully convicted and imprisoned.
The Senate Corrections and Criminal Law Committee made minor revisions to the House-approved legislation Tuesday before voting 7-0 in favor of it. The measure now heads to the Senate Appropriations Committee for further analysis of its financial impact on the state.
