DELAND, Fla. – Pro wrestler Jeff Hardy is facing driving under the influence and other charges after being arrested in Florida.
Authorities say Hardy was pulled over by a state trooper Monday after the Florida Highway Patrol received calls about an impaired driver on Interstate 95 in Volusia County.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A South Florida firefighter appeared in court Monday, a day after he was arrested on domestic violence charges.
According to his arrest report, Michael Paul Saavedra, 38, and his ex-girlfriend had been living together for four months.

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – An off-duty Miami-Dade police officer was arrested in the Florida Keys.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Donovan William Rojas driving in a Chrysler 300 going north on US-1 near Mile Marker 101 at approximately 3:57 a.m. Sunday.
Despite deputies activating their lights and sirens, authorities say Rojas did not stop and instead reached speeds greater than 110 mph.

DORAL, Fla. – A Tennessee woman claimed she struck and injured two pedestrians in Doral over the weekend because she was in “fear for her life.”
According to police, Danlesha Nicole Hall, 30, of Nashville, was driving a rental car, a white Ford Fusion, when she fled the scene after hitting another car at Northwest 87th Avenue and 32nd Street.

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – A South Florida man, who used his truck to burn tire marks across a gay-pride streetscape in Delray Beach, has been sentenced.
According to court documents released on Tuesday, a judge sentenced Alexander Jerich, 20, of Lake Worth, to two years probation. Jerich must also complete 100 community service hours and undergo a mental health evaluation.
