MIAMI – Police are investigating a shooting that left a Black Jaguar riddled with bullets and sent a man to the hospital.
It happened early Tuesday morning at Northeast 2nd Avenue and 82nd Street. It’s believed that the Jaguar stopped at a light and another car stopped next to it and someone began shooting.
Miami police say they responded at 12:26 a.m. and found a man in his mid-to-late 20s who appeared to be shot. He was rushed to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital and was alert at the time, police say.
Before being towed away, the Jaguar could be seen with several bullet holes in its windshield and side.
As they investigate the circumstances of the shooting, Miami police ask that anyone with information come forward.
