Miami billionaire divorces wife of 10 years
Famously over-the-top Miami billionaire Gil Dezer has divorced his wife, Lorena, Page Six has exclusively learned.
We’re told that the pair — whose 2007 wedding at Mar-a-Lago was attended by Donald Trump, a family friend and business partner of Gil and his father — split 18 months ago but that the divorce was recently finalized.
Sources say Gil has been seen around town with a new lady, Yasmina Elias, on his arm, but we’re told that relationship has already ended.
Gil and his father, Michael, reportedly have built six developments in South Florida with Trump. Gil’s renowned for his overblown style.
His $840 million Porsche Design Tower skyscraper has swimming pools on its balconies and robotic car elevators that allow residents to park in “sky garages” on the same level as their apartment.
Gil — who, with his father, owns one of the world’s largest private car collections — has a 1950 Porsche Spyder 550 mounted on the wall of his own home as “art.”
He’s also involved in the upcoming César Pelli-designed Residences by Armani/Casa, where the penthouse was listed for $15 million.
