In all Mosely faces three charges: premeditated homicide, attempted felony murder and firearms possession by a convicted felon. The attempted felony murder charge refers to the shooting of Mosley’s older brother, Deneil Merritt, who was with Turnquist outside her grandmother’s Hallandale Beach home.

Mosley, also a Hallandale Beach resident, swung by a Hollywood barber shop Wednesday to get his dreadlocks removed. Surveillance cameras caught Mosley leaving the shop and on his bicycle afterward.
