Suspects who robbed a Winn-Dixie at gunpoint will need a Miami criminal defense lawyer when they are caught

According to NBC 6 South Florida, the men forced entry into the store at around 3:40 a.m. and waited until the workers arrived at approximately 6 a.m. The criminals then ambushed the victims and made the manager open a safe in the back office and give them the money from inside.

Fortunately, no one was injured during the armed robbery, but police have asked anyone with information on the crime to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.

“They knew exactly where to walk in the store, what aisle to take, the quickest route to the front service counter,” Sergeant Bill Bamford told the source. “They knew to force the manager back into the manager’s office. Could it have been some sort of surveillance they were doing? We’re not sure. Or were they former employees?”
