LAUDERHILL, Fla. – A Lauderhill police officer has been arrested, nearly two years after he was accused of soliciting sex from a homeless woman. Jamar Marcus Lee, 28, of Fort Lauderdale, was taken into custody Jan. 18 on charges of battery and bribery from an official. MIAMI – A second cruise ship has diverted to the Bahamas, avoiding a U.S. judge’s order to seize one of the company’s vessels. Woman charged with murder months after boy’s death in Weston

WESTON, Fla. – A 42-year-old woman was arrested last week on a first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of a boy who suffered from a medical condition that caused him to be bedridden, authorities said.
